Build a clearer picture of workplace exposure and employee health follow-up
Dexur helps teams organize exposure monitoring, workplace hazards, health surveillance schedules, and follow-up actions. The module keeps two related functions distinct: industrial hygiene covers assessing workplace exposures, while occupational health covers the employee health follow-up that may result. Information can be structured around specific tasks, job roles, work areas, and similar exposure groups (SEGs).
Manage exposure monitoring in context. Record sampling plans, methods, results, locations, hazards, and supporting reports in a connected system, so reviewers understand what was measured, when, and which workplace conditions may have influenced the result.
Identify findings that need attention. Compare monitoring results with the occupational exposure limits or internal thresholds selected for your program. Results that need further assessment can be flagged and assigned to the appropriate specialist.
Prioritize higher-risk conditions. Evaluate hazards using factors such as potential health consequences, exposure frequency and duration, and the number of people affected, helping teams decide where additional monitoring or stronger controls should be considered first.
Coordinate health surveillance. Track surveillance schedules, upcoming reviews, completed activities, and required follow-ups, with notifications when action is due. Role-appropriate access controls help keep sensitive employee health information restricted to authorized users.
Assess whether controls are working. Compare results over time to review conditions after process changes, equipment upgrades, or new controls, with supporting documentation kept available for specialist assessment and future reference. As part of a broader health and safety system, this module connects industrial hygiene findings with the actions needed to manage them — operational teams receive the workplace assignments they need, while sensitive health records stay restricted.
