Dexur helps organizations track which requirements apply, who is responsible, and what evidence supports each one, and gives a structured process for assessing regulatory and operational changes before they are implemented. The module keeps two functions distinct: tracking ongoing regulatory obligations, and running Management of Change (MOC) for equipment, chemical, or process changes.

Maintain a practical compliance register. Organize obligations by facility, jurisdiction, environmental program, safety topic, or applicable standard. Assign an owner, set review dates, and connect supporting documents to each requirement, so a documented obligation is clearly separated from work that still needs attention.

Assess the impact of change. A regulatory update, new chemical, equipment modification, or process change may affect several parts of the organization. Structured MOC assessments help teams identify the locations, procedures, training, controls, and documents that may need review before a change proceeds.
